Director of Vision & Strategic Leadership - Defines the overarching vision, decides priorities, and communicates what the company should achieve. Sets the blueprint for what the CTO will execute.

Director of Finance & Operations - Manages the financial health and operational structure to support the company’s vision.

Manages financial planning, budgeting, and operational processes. Ensures the company is financially stable and operations run smoothly.

Director of Technology & Execution - Executes the Company’s vision by determining the technical path to achieve it. Programs, builds, and maintains the systems needed for success.

Oversees the technical development and execution of the Company’s vision. Responsible for coding, programming, and ensuring the technical feasibility of the projects.
